Technofixes will not stop the greed that causes our oceans to be polluted and overexploited. Large corporations unite to lobby for governmental inaction. Meanwhile, the general public does not stand united enough to induce sustainable policy action.

Then, who would be incentivised enough to unite and gather the resources to lobby against this greed? It's those who depend on healthy waters to make a living: small fishermen, seaweed farmers and all associated businesses. Let's unite for policy action by establishing HOSAs where needed most!
