Thirty percent ocean protection will help, but it’s not enough. The greater part of the ocean - the other 70 percent - will remain unprotected from harmful and cruel over-exploitation, and pollution.

By implementing and enforcing existing protective laws, the international community can end ALL destructive activities in ALL of the ocean.
