Bad and archaic methods of fishing in rivers and lakes affect the ocean. Since all water bodies are connected to the ocean , it will be helpful if we take good care of our lakes and rivers as well.

The use of fish ponds in farming fish on the river will help protect water bodies rather than using fishing nets and chemicals. Instead of using innovative methods like this in fishing , my people here are still relying on ancient methods of fishing.
